July 2009: In a recent book published by Video Research, the largest provider of research services and tools for advertising and communication management in Japan. In it, the author advocates the need to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication . In this regard, he reviews the leading analytics tools used by practitioners in the market. Integration is pleased to note that Dr Kido has dedicated 2 chapters in his book to discuss and verify the MCA technique. There is also an appropriate case study of how the MCA has been applied in Japan .
